I haven't worked out in over a year so join me on this 10 minute workout ???? ! I’ve also gained 80 lbs and I’ve became quite lazy! ???????? I get right into with some bicep curls and jumping jacks. Which quickly tired me out and I try some squats but I’m way too big and it’s extremely hard. Then I finish off with some dancing and shaking and jiggling my beautiful big body and belly for you which made me EXTREMELY HUNGRY!!! I hope this workout earned me a good meal because I’m super hungry now!
